Processing & Production Times
All orders are processed and produced within 2–5 business days. Some items may require additional time depending on design complexity or demand. Any delays beyond this timeframe will be clearly communicated to the customer.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Local Shipping (Within Kenya)

  • Orders are dispatched using local delivery providers such as Pickup Mtaani services and matatu SACCOs depending on the destination.
  • Dispatch typically occurs within or after the 2–5 day production window, with updates provided.
  • If a customer prefers faster delivery options (e.g., Uber or Fargo), the cost and responsibility for the shipment are fully borne by the customer.

East Africa Shipping
For deliveries within East Africa, we use bus services or courier companies.

  • Shipping costs are covered by the client
  • Delivery timelines and cost may vary depending on the destination and transport provider.

Preorder List Drops
Preorder collections are announced on our social platforms.

  • Production timelines and updates will be shared once the required order volume is reached
  • Customers will be kept informed throughout the process on our Social Channels.
